 CHAIRMAN LEMAN brings up SCR 15 (TWENTY-EIGHTH ANNUAL BOYS' STATE)            
 as the next order of business before the committee.  The chairman             
 describes the purpose of Boys' State and Girls' State for the                 
 committee and the audience.  The chairman asks if there is anyone             
 who wishes to testify on SCR 15.  Hearing none, he asks what the              
 pleasure of the committee is.
